Description:

 Should be able to Maintain records of the material received and dispatched.

 Responsible for inventory managements at factory between departments.

 He will be responsible for Daily Issue of materials, handling Purchase Orders, Invoices & other documentations related to Inventory.

 Should have Knowledge and will be responsible for maintaining the records of indents, physical materials (physical stock verification and also records in software / MS office).

 Based on the requirement received from departments/manager should be able procure required material and process the loading and unloading of the materials.

 Should be able to take care of Logistics for dispatching materials internally and external and keeping

track of the same.

 Should maintain MIS records and submit reports to management.

 Follow FIFO/LIFO method of maintaining inventory.

 Should be able to work under pressure & flexible.

Qualification and Skills:

 Graduate in any field

 2-3 years of experience in managing warehouse operations / Invoicing / Basic GST guidelines

 Should have hands-on experience in store management and accounting

 Experience in Managing Logistics

 Knowledge of MS Office & accounting software’s such as Tally

 Willing to work at Long / Odd hours or in shifts

 Able to Manage Labour / Logistics / Documentation & Overall hygiene
