Job Description – Store Executive
Location: Airoli
Salary: ₹20,000 per month
Working Days: 6 days/week
Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Store Executive / Store Incharge to manage a temporary project store at the customer’s site for approximately 2 years. The candidate will be responsible for handling inward–outward materials, maintaining stock records, and ensuring timely supply of materials to the customer premises as required for the project.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily inward and outward movement of materials.
Maintain accurate stock records, documentation, and reports.
Ensure timely issuance and supply of materials to the customer site throughout the project duration.
Coordinate with internal teams and customer representatives for material requirements.
Perform regular stock audits, and update inventory in Excel.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of CCTV/security system products.
Prepare GRN, delivery challans, and other store-related documentation.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store area.
Support in logistics coordination when needed.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in store operations (manufacturing/industrial background preferred).
Basic knowledge of CCTV cameras, security system products is an added advantage.
Proficient in MS Word & Excel.
Ability to maintain documentation and stock reports.
Basic English communication (reading & writing).
