We are looking for Store Executive at Pepperfry Nagpur Franchisee who can handles day-to-day retail operations, customer engagement, and sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operation of the Pepperfry Studio.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and conversion targets.
- Handle walk-in customers and understand their furniture/home décor requirements.
- Explain Pepperfry products, designs, pricing and online catalogue to customers.
- Generate leads and ensure systematic follow-up until order closure.
- Maintain CRM/customer records and daily sales reports.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve customer queries.
- Coordinate with Pepperfry's central teams for orders, deliveries and service issues.
- Maintain showroom presentation, display products, cleanliness and brand standards.
- Monitor competitors and local market activity.
- Ensure compliance with Pepperfry's operating procedures and training requirements.
