Receive, inspect, and record incoming raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/Excel and update stock movements regularly.
Issue materials to production against approved material requisition notes (MRNs).
Monitor stock levels and inform the procurement team about reorder requirements.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of materials following FIFO/FEFO principles where applicable.
Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), material issue slips, and other store-related documentation.
Coordinate with the Procurement, Production, and Quality teams for smooth material flow.
Maintain housekeeping, safety, and 5S standards within the store area.
Track damaged, expired, or obsolete inventory and report it to the concerned department.
Assist in internal and external inventory audits by providing accurate records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory control procedures, and statutory requirements.
