📢 Hiring: Accounts Executive – Stores | Hyderabad

📍 Location: Hyderabad
📅 Experience: 1–2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Maintain daily store and accounts record accurately
✔ Verify purchase invoices, bills, GRNs, and supporting documents
✔ Coordinate with stores, procurement teams, and vendors for reconciliation and documentation
✔ Support inventory management and stock reconciliation activities
✔ Manage data entry, reporting, and documentation through MS Excel and ERP systems
✔ Monitor purchase transactions and ensure proper accounting practices
✔ Assist in month-end closing and reporting processes
✔ Maintain organized filing of financial and store-related documents

Required Skills:

✅ Experience in Hotel / Catering / F&B Stores operations
✅ Basic understanding of accounting and inventory management
✅ Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
✅ Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
✅ Effective communication and coordination skills
