We are looking for a Store Executive to join our team at Adroit Control Engineers Private Limited to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,500 - ₹20,500 with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations and maintain proper stock records.
Handle material inward and outward activities.
Receive, check, and store incoming materials properly.
Issue materials to different departments as per requirements.
Maintain stock levels and ensure proper material availability.
Prepare and maintain GRN, challan, issue slips, and other store documents.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile stock with system records.
Update all inventory transactions in ERP software (ERP knowledge is mandatory).
Ensure proper identification, labeling, and storage of materials.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and other departments for material requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the store area.
Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies in stock to the concerned person.
Maintain accurate records and prepare regular stock reports.
