EXPERIENCE

• 0–1 years of experience in Retail, FMCG,

Supermarket, Wholesale, or Customer Service.

• Freshers with good communication skills and a

customer-centric approach are encouraged to apply.

BASIC QUALIFICATION:

• Intermediate (12th Pass) or Any Graduate. (no BTech)

• Age: 18–25 years.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Proficiency in Telugu and Hindi

INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE / OTHERS:

Basic understanding of retail store operations.

• Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) billing systems is preferred.

• Understanding of merchandising and customer handling.

• Awareness of inventory management practices.

• Familiarity with food packaging or FMCG products is an added advantage.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome customers and provide a positive shopping experience.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and promote ongoing offers.

• Arrange and replenish products on shelves as per merchandising standards.

• Ensure shelves are clean, organized, and fully stocked.

• Process customer billing accurately using the POS system.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and product returns professionally.

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Store Manager.

• Assist in stock receiving, counting, and inventory activities.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and visual standards of the store.

• Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines.

• Support promotional campaigns and in-store marketing activities.

• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

• Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the Store Manager.
