Job Summary :
We are looking for a Store Associate to assist customers, handle sales and billing, maintain product displays, support stock activities, and ensure a smooth in-store customer experience. The candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting products and provide good customer service.
Explain product features, offers, and promotions to customers.
Handle POS billing, cash/card payments, and basic billing activities.
Maintain proper product display and store cleanliness.
Support stock checking, replenishment, and inventory activities.
Help achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
Follow company policies and store procedures.
Skills Required:
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of billing/POS is an advantage.
Sales-oriented and comfortable working in a retail environment.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
