Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, tables, and service counters.
Coordinate closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Ensure hygiene and safety standards as per restaurant guidelines.
Assist in buffet setup, refilling food counters, and clearing tables.
Assist chefs in basic food preparation such as cutting, chopping, marination, and cleaning ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils, equipment, and workstations.
Support buffet counter preparation and ensure timely food refilling.
Ensure proper storage of raw materials and maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) standards.
Dispose of kitchen waste properly and follow hygiene and safety protocols.
