About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Store Assistant to join our retail team. The Store Assistant will support day-to-day store operations, assist customers with product selection, maintain store standards, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in outdoor, travel, adventure, and lifestyle products.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Wildcraft products.

• Explain product features, specifications, benefits, pricing, and offers.

• Support the store team in achieving daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.

• Maintain product displays, shelves, and visual merchandising standards.

• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and customer-ready at all times.

• Assist with stock receiving, counting, replenishment, and inventory management.

• Check product tags, prices, sizes, and stock availability.

• Support billing and point-of-sale activities when required.

• Handle customer queries and coordinate with the team to resolve basic complaints.

• Assist with stock transfers, returns, exchanges, and other store processes.

• Monitor fast-moving and low-stock products and inform the Store Manager.

• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and retail operating standards.

• Participate in promotional activities, product launches, and store campaigns.

Required Skills

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-service-oriented approach.

• Basic sales and product-presentation skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Basic knowledge of computers and POS systems.

• Good numerical and organizational skills.

• Willingness to learn about outdoor, travel, trekking, luggage, footwear, apparel, and lifestyle products.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Eligibility

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass /12th pass

• Freshers are welcome; retail or sales experience will be an advantage.

• Candidates should demonstrate a positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to work in a customer-facing environment.

• It is a Full Time రిటైల్ / కౌంటర్ అమ్మకాలు job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
