Department: Store / Warehouse

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in managing day-to-day store operations.

· Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.

· Issue materials as per approved requisitions.

· Conduct regular stock verification and physical inventory checks.

· Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of all products.

· Coordinate with the purchase and dispatch teams.

· Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.

· Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

· Support the Store In-Charge in achieving operational targets.

· Responsible for purchasing required stock /materials and managing the dispatch of orders.

Required Qualifications:

Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in store or warehouse operations.

Basic knowledge of inventory management.
