Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries.
Manage POS operations accurately.
Provide product recommendations and upsell when appropriate.
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the counter and surrounding area.
Restock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed.
Handle customer exchanges, complaints, and queries professionally.
Coordinate with the store manager on inventory and stock updates.
Monitor products and ensure timely rotation of the collections as per the new launches.
Pack orders and assist in basic store operations during peak hours.
Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and security guidelines.
