Maintain accurate records of all inward and outward stock movements
Ensure proper receipt, storage, and issue of materials as per company procedures
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and physical verifications
Reconcile physical stock with system records and report variances
Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and raise replenishment requests
Coordinate with vendors and purchase teams for material availability
Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed where applicable
Track expiry dates, slow-moving, and non-moving inventory
Prepare inventory reports, consumption reports, and variance analysis
Maintain proper documentation including GRNs, delivery challans, and issue slips
Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
Support internal and external audits related to inventory
Prevent pilferage, damage, and stock loss through proper controls
Coordinate with store and operations teams for smooth material flow
