We are looking for a Stock Manager to join our team at Client of SARVAJITH INFOTECH to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate store employees to meet sales and service goals interviewguy.com+1.

• Sales and Performance: Set sales targets, monitor performance metrics, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to achieve or exceed goals interviewguy.com+1.

• Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and escalated issues to maintain high satisfaction and loyalty interviewguy.com+1.

• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, place orders, and ensure the store is well-stocked with current fashion items interviewguy.com+1.

• Visual Merchandising: Maintain attractive store layouts, window displays, and in-store presentation to enhance the shopping experience interviewguy.com+1.

• Operational Oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, oversee opening and closing procedures, and ensure compliance with store policies and procedures Indeed+1.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 2 - 5 years of experience. The responsibility includes achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with inventory procedures.
