Experience in billing and invoicing using computer software.

Good knowledge of basic computer operations.

Familiarity with MS Office and billing systems.

Cosmetics industry knowledge will be an added advantage.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsible, honest, and able to work independently.

Job Timing:

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage customer bills and invoices.

Assist with inventory and billing-related tasks.

Coordinate with customers and staff as required.

Preferred Candidate:

Prior billing experience.

Basic computer knowledge.

Cosmetics product knowledge (preferred but not mandatory).
