Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The candidate should be responsible, organized, and sales-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth functioning

Handle customer queries and provide excellent service

Monitor sales performance and achieve targets

Manage inventory, stock levels, and stock audits

Supervise and train store staff

Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers

Requirements:

Graduate (MBA preferred)

Good communication and leadership skills

Experience in retail/store management

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software)

Ability to handle pressure and multitask
