• Manage and maintain daily stock records and inventory.
• Receive incoming material and verify quantity and condition.
• Maintain proper stock arrangement and warehouse organization.
• Prepare and manage dispatch orders and invoices/documents.
• Coordinate packing, loading, and dispatch of materials.
• Ensure correct material is dispatched as per order.
• Maintain inward/outward stock records and update inventory regularly on Google sheet.
• Coordinate with sales, purchase, and delivery teams.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in stock/inventory/dispatch management preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel required.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
