Key Responsibilities:
Receive faulty devices from clients and record complete details in the register/system
Maintain proper inward and outward entries of all devices
Coordinate with the service center for repairs and track status regularly
Share repair charges/quotations with clients
Follow up with clients for repair approvals
Ensure timely dispatch of devices to and from the service center
Maintain basic documentation and records related to repairs
Communicate updates clearly with clients and internal teams
Key Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic products
Good communication and follow-up skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel/register entries)
Attention to detail and record-keeping
Coordination and multitasking ability
