Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible Stock Keeper to manage inventory and maintain accurate stock records. The candidate will handle stock receiving, dispatch, physical verification, inventory updates, and coordinate with the purchase and sales teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock.

• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.

• Perform daily stock entry and updates in Excel/ERP.

• Conduct regular physical stock verification and audits.

• Issue materials as per requirements and maintain dispatch records.

• Monitor stock levels and inform the purchase team about low-stock items.

• Ensure proper labeling and organized storage of products.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and product safety.

• Coordinate with sales and purchase teams for stock availability.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Stock Keeper or Warehouse Executive.

• Good knowledge of inventory management and stock audits.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software.

• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.

• Experience in handling wallpaper, curtains, gifts, or home décor products is preferred.
