Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in selecting appropriate footwear.
Provide detailed product information and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
Maintain proper display, cleanliness, and stock organization.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Manage billing, exchanges, and returns efficiently.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th.
0–1 years of experience in retail sales (preferably footwear or apparel).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused and result-oriented.
