Job Title: Showroom Sales Executive – Furniture
Location: Faridabad (Head Office: Delhi)
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our furniture showroom in Faridabad. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in furniture showroom sales and be passionate about helping customers choose the right furniture products based on their needs, preferences, and budget. The candidate should be confident in handling walk-in customers, closing sales, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture products.

• Explain product features, materials, dimensions, pricing, and customization options.

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and coordinate with the operations team for order processing.

• Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and deliveries.

• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and well-organized.

• Stay updated on new furniture collections, designs, and market trends.

• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in furniture showroom sales.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to understand customer needs and convert inquiries into sales.

• Good presentation and customer handling skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and billing/CRM software is an advantage.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional in appearance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience working in a furniture, home décor, or interior showroom.

• Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.

• Ability to work on weekends and showroom business hours.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
