Showroom Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to drive sales of home appliances and electronic products. The candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom in a professional manner

• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate home appliances and electronic products

• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Maintain product display, cleanliness, and showroom presentation standards

• Handle billing coordination and ensure smooth checkout experience

• Manage customer queries, objections, and after-sales support

• Keep updated knowledge of product specifications, offers, and competitor products

• Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams for stock availability

• Maintain customer database and follow up for repeat sales

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• 1–3 years of experience in retail/showroom sales (home appliances/electronics preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales-driven attitude with a customer-first approach

• Basic computer knowledge (billing software, MS Excel)

• Ability to work in shifts and weekends

Preferred Candidates:

• Experience in selling products like TVs, Refrigerators, Washing Machines, ACs, Kitchen Appliances, etc.

• Prior experience in retail brands or electronic showrooms
