Key Responsibilities:
➢ Greet and assist customers in the showroom to understand their requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
➢ Provide detailed information about Suzuki vehicles, including features, specifications, pricing, and financing options. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
➢ Arrange and conduct test drives for potential customers to enhance their buying experience.
➢ Follow up with leads, inquiries, and existing customers to convert them into sales.
➢ Assist customers with necessary documentation for vehicle purchase, including finance and insurance processing.
➢ Stay updated on available stock and coordinate with the team to ensure timely vehicle delivery. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
➢ Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new Suzuki product launches. Maintain and update daily sales records and report progress to the Sales Manager.
