Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom or contacting via phone/online
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate vehicles
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and financing options
Arrange and conduct test drives
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals within company guidelines
Prepare and process sales documentation and agreements
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction
Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends
