Core Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Greet customers, assess their household needs, and recommend suitable appliances (e.g., furniture, home decor).
Product Demonstrations: Provide live, hands-on demonstrations to highlight product features, energy efficiency, and benefits.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly individual and store sales quotas.
Up-Selling: Promote extended warranties, accessories, and value-added services.
Store Operations: Maintain visual merchandising standards, restock inventory, and keep the showroom floor clean and organized.
Transactions: Process payments, manage billing via POS systems, and handle customer returns or exchanges.
Key Requirements & Skills
Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in retail, counter sales, or customer service, preferably in consumer electronics or home appliances.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to build rapport with clients.
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with appliance brands, technical specifications, and competitor products.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally assist with lifting or moving display products.
