Job Description
We are looking for a Showroom Sales Executive to join our team at a Furniture Showroom to assist customers, provide product information, manage sales, and promote furniture products. The role requires a positive attitude and handling responsibilities like maintaining showroom display, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with furniture inquiries and purchases.
Provide accurate information on product materials, pricing, features, and delivery services.
Cross-sell furniture products and inform customers about discounts and offers.
Ensure showroom displays are properly maintained and manage returns if required.
Coordinate with the team for smooth customer service and share feedback with the Manager.
Stay updated on new furniture designs and collections.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 12th and 1 - 4 years of experience. The responsibility includes achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and basic knowledge of showroom sales and inventory procedures.
