Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable EV bike models.
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, financing options, and benefits of electric vehicles.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test ride coordination.
Follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain customer records and sales reports.
Achieve monthly sales targets and showroom KPIs.
Coordinate with the operations and service teams to ensure smooth customer delivery.
Stay updated on EV industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals.
