About the Role

Bawa Jewellers PVT LTD is looking for "Smart Sales Executives" who have a passion for luxury and a flair for storytelling. As the face of our showroom, you will guide our elite clientele through their most precious purchases—be it a bridal trousseau or a statement diamond piece. We value grooming, eloquence, and a deep understanding of customer psychology.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist walk-in high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), providing a personalized and luxurious shopping experience.

• Product Expertise: Effectively explain the purity, craftsmanship, and pricing of Gold, and Diamond jewelry (including 4Cs of diamonds).

• Sales Closing: Achieve monthly sales targets by understanding client needs and overcoming objections with grace.

• Inventory Management: Maintain the display of jewelry and ensure all pieces are handled with extreme care and security.

• Relationship Building: Follow up with existing clients for special occasions (anniversaries, birthdays & revisiting) and inform them of new collections.

What We Are Looking For

• The "Smart" Quotient: Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English. You should be able to hold a sophisticated conversation.

• Experience: 3 & above years of experience in retail sales (Jewelry experience is highly preferred, but we also welcome talent from high-end fashion or luxury watches).

• Presentation: Professional grooming and a warm, welcoming personality are non-negotiable.

• Integrity: High level of honesty and reliability, essential for working in the jewelry industry.

• Education: Minimum Graduate in any stream/ MBA in Sales & Marketing.
