Job Summary:

​We are seeking a customer-oriented Counter Sales Executive to manage the sales floor and assist customers with their purchases. You will be the face of our wholesale store, ensuring every customer receives exceptional service, finding the right products for their needs, and ensuring smooth transactions at the counter.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Welcome and greet customers as they enter the showroom.

​Understand customer requirements and guide them toward the right products (e.g., footwear, apparel, or electronics).

​Maintain a clean, organized, and fully-stocked display counter.

​Handle billing, cash/digital transactions, and maintain daily sales records.

​Meet or exceed individual monthly sales targets.

​Address customer queries and resolve complaints politely.

​Qualifications & Skills:

​Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or equivalent.

​Experience: 0–2 years in retail counter sales (Experience in [specify industry, e.g., footwear/garments] is a plus).

​Languages: Good command over [specify local languages, e.g., Bengali, Hindi, and basic English].

​Skills: Friendly attitude, active listening, basic math for billing, and a well-groomed professional appearance.
