About Us

We are a growing hardware and sanitaryware store serving homeowners, contractors, plumbers, and interior designers. We deal in products like fittings, pipes, taps, showers, Paints, grab bars, drain solutions, and related accessories. We're looking for someone who's a quick learner, honest, and ready to grow with us.

What You'll Do

🛒 Customer Handling

Assist walk-in customers — understand what they need (e.g., a specific tap size, pipe fitting, shower filter) and guide them to the right product

Handle contractors and plumbers professionally — they're repeat buyers and need quick, accurate service

Manage basic objections and complaints calmly

Build familiarity with regular customers to encourage repeat visits

📦 Inventory Management

Receive incoming stock from suppliers — count, verify, and record items

Organize products by category (pipes, fittings, sanitaryware, bathroom accessories, etc.)

Track fast-moving items and alert the owner before stock runs out

Ensure product labels, prices, and barcodes are in place

Conduct weekly/monthly stock counts and report discrepancies

🛵 Scooter Delivery & Local Pickups

Deliver orders to nearby customers, contractors, or project sites on a company scooter

Pick up urgent stock from local suppliers or distributors

Handle small cash collections on delivery if needed

🏪 General Store Duties

Open and close the store on time

Keep the store floor clean, organized, and visually appealing

Assist in packing orders — especially for online/delivery orders

Help with basic billing using the POS system or manual entries
