A go getter. Sales should be a passion for the candidate. He should gel with shopkeepers - since we are wholesalers primarily. Retail sales would be added advantage. He should establish a personal rapport with shopkeepers and should keep the updates over calls.
Salesman should be such he should be a go getter to drive his figures. He should be able to drive payments as well from clients. If required travelling can be done to meet major shopkeepers.
