Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting potential customers at their homes or businesses, introducing our products/services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

Visit assigned residential and commercial areas to identify potential customers.

Introduce and explain company products/services clearly and professionally.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

Generate leads and achieve assigned sales targets.

Follow up with prospective and existing customers.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales.

Handle customer questions and objections professionally.

Collect and report market and competitor information.

Maintain a positive and professional image while representing the company.

Submit regular sales and activity reports to the supervisor.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident, friendly, and persuasive personality.

Ability to work independently in a field-sales environment.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital applications.

Previous sales or field-marketing experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
