We are looking for a Store Manager to join our team @Tyres N Wheels to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and purchases.
Provide accurate information on pricing, features, and after-sales services.
Cross-sell products and inform customers about quality and service.
Ensure shelves/racks are stocked and manage merchandise records.
Coordinate with the team for seamless customer service and share feedback with the Management.
Stay updated on new products and services.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is honesty, dedication and hard work. The responsibility includes excellent communication skills, humble and polite approach towards customers, familiarity with inventory procedures.
Counter Sales, Warranty Registration, Claim Settlement, maintaining all records, after-sales Follow-up, Daily Operations Management: Oversee store activities, maintain cleanliness, arrange merchandise, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Sales and Financial Oversight: Drive sales, monitor revenue, manage budgets, handle cash registers, and track key performance indicators.
Staff Management: Make sure the staff is active, working and their efforts recorded. Schedule, supervise, and evaluate employees; address disputes and motivate staff to meet their respective targets.
Inventory Control: Order, receive, and manage stock; conduct inventory counts; implement loss prevention strategies.
Customer Service: Warranty registrations, Handle complaints, resolve queries, and ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
Marketing and Promotions: Strategize and implement sales promotions or campaigns to attract customers and increase revenue.
