Job Summary:
The Shop Associate is responsible for supporting daily store operations, assisting customers, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a smooth and positive shopping experience. The role involves stocking shelves, guiding customers, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in locating products and provide basic product information
Maintain neat and organized shelves, racks, and displays
Restock items and ensure availability of products on the shop floor
Monitor inventory levels and inform supervisors about low stock
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards within the store
Support billing or checkout processes when required
Handle customer queries politely and escalate issues when necessary
Follow store policies and procedures at all times
Assist in receiving and unpacking new stock deliveries
Skills & Requirements:
Basic communication skills (local language + basic English preferred)
Customer-friendly attitude and willingness to help
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Basic numerical skills for handling stock or billing support
Team player with a positive attitude
Educational Qualification:
No formal education required / Minimum 10th pass (preferred)

Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage
