Job Title: Service Associate

Job Purpose:

To deliver an exceptional guest experience by ensuring smooth operations across ticketing, F&B service, auditorium management, and overall cinema hygiene while adhering to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Service & Experience

• Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.

• Ensure a seamless experience from entry to exit.

• Address guest queries, concerns, and complaints promptly.

• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction at all times.

2. Ticketing & Entry Operations

• Assist guests with ticket validation and entry management.

• Guide customers to their respective auditoriums and seats.

• Ensure adherence to show timings and smooth crowd handling.

3. Food & Beverage Operations

• Handle food counters, upsell products, and ensure accurate billing.

• Maintain hygiene and quality standards in food handling.

• Ensure availability and display of products as per guidelines.

4. Auditorium Management

• Ensure cleanliness and readiness of auditoriums before and after shows.

• Monitor audience behavior and ensure discipline during screenings.

• Assist in quick turnaround between shows.

5. Hygiene & Safety

• Follow all safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs.

• Ensure proper handling of equipment and reporting of issues.

• Adhere to company policies including grooming standards.

6. Team Coordination

• Work closely with team members and supervisors.

• Support other departments during peak hours.

• Participate in team briefings and training sessions.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or Graduate.

• Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in hospitality/retail preferred.

• Good communication skills and customer service orientation.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Presentable personality with positive attitude.
