Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary

The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing key client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and leading complex sales cycles. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to close high-value deals while mentoring junior sales team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities and key accounts

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and contract closure

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities

• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates for leadership

• Mentor and support junior sales executives and account managers

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
