# Job Description – Counter Sales Executive

Position: Counter Sales Executive

Industry: Women’s Clothing / Fashion Retail

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience: 1–2 Years

Location: Jagat Farm, Greater Noida

### Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting suitable women’s clothing and fashion products.

• Handle counter sales and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Maintain proper display and arrangement of merchandise.

• Handle billing and basic cash/UPI transactions.

• Maintain stock and coordinate with the store team regarding inventory.

• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries professionally.

• Handle exchanges and basic customer complaints.

### Required Skills

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Presentable personality and positive attitude.

• Basic knowledge of women’s fashion and clothing.

• Sales-oriented approach with the ability to achieve targets.

• Basic computer/billing knowledge will be an advantage.

• Prior experience in a clothing, fashion, boutique, or retail showroom is preferred.

### Candidate Profile

Candidates with •1–2 years of experience•• in counter sales/retail sales.

Experience in •women’s clothing, fashion, boutique, or showroom•• is preferred.

• Must be confident, customer-friendly, and well-presented.
