Sales Staff (In Shop)

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greeting customers, answering questions, providing product information, and resolving complaints.

• Sales Generation: Actively upselling/cross-selling products, promoting special offers, and achieving personal/team sales targets.

• Store Operations:

  Processing cash/card payments accurately, handling returns, stocking shelves, and creating product displays.

• Inventory & Maintenance: Restocking merchandise, conducting inventory counts, and maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe store environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Communication: Strong verbal communication to assist customers and build rapport.

• Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude.

• Technology & Math: Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail math for transactions.

• Flexibility: Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift or move merchandise (often 50+ lbs).
