Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and self-driven Sales Executives in Chennai to promote credit cards in collaboration with Apollo Pharmacy stores. This role involves interacting with walk-in customers and conducting field visits to convert leads into credit card applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote credit cards to customers at Apollo Pharmacy outlets in Chennai.

• Explain product features, eligibility, and benefits clearly.

• Assist customers with documentation and the KYC process.

• Conduct field visits in residential and commercial areas to generate leads.

• Follow up with prospects and close sales effectively.

• Maintain accurate records of daily activities and conversions.

• Coordinate with the backend team for application processing.

• Ensure adherence to compliance and quality guidelines.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.

• Experience: 6 months – 2 years in credit card or BFSI sales preferred.

• Skills Required:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure

  • Basic knowledge of financial products is a plus

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000/month

• Incentives: Performance-based monthly incentives
