We are looking for a Retail / Counter Sales Staff to join our team RSBP Brand to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service.

Job Location: Kolkata
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
Job Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
Attend customers at the store/counter and understand their requirements
Explain products, prices, offers, and features to customers
Handle billing and basic cash/UPI transactions
Maintain product display and cleanliness of the counter/store
Assist with stock checking and inventory
Provide good customer service and handle customer queries politely
Candidate Requirements
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic knowledge of Hindi/Bengali preferred
Sales or retail experience will be an advantage
Must be punctual, responsible, and presentable
