The ideal candidate will combine deep product knowledge with exceptional sales skills to drive revenue and build lasting B2B relationships.🔑 Key Responsibilities * Client Engagement: Warmly greet and welcome all clients (e.g., hotel owners, procurement managers, chefs, kitchen designers) to the showroom. * Consultative Sales: Actively listen to client requirements, project specifications, budgets, and timelines. Provide expert consultation on our full range of hotel kitchen materials, including workstations, sinks, shelving, trolleys, and custom fabrication. * Product Demonstration: Conduct thorough product demonstrations, highlighting the features, benefits, and superior quality of Janta Steel's stainless steel grades and finishes. * Quotation & Follow-up: Prepare accurate and timely sales quotations, proposals, and layout suggestions. Proactively follow up on all leads and quotes to convert them into sales. * Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. * Showroom Management: Ensure the showroom is immaculately maintained, well-organized, and visually appealing. Manage product displays, update pricing, and ensure all items are correctly labeled. * CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales, and leads in the company CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales activity and client feedback. * Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new developments in commercial kitchen equipment.
