Job Description – Sales Executive

Position: Sales Executive
Location: Bathinda, Punjab

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team in Bathinda. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail sales, customer engagement, and achieving sales targets. Candidates from organized retail backgrounds will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist customers by understanding their requirements and recommending suitable products.

· Drive sales by achieving individual and store sales targets.

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

· Demonstrate product features and provide excellent customer service.

· Ensure proper product display and maintain store merchandising standards.

· Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.

· Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.

· Maintain accurate sales records and follow company processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile

· Minimum 1+ year of experience in Sales.

· Experience in B2C Sales is mandatory.

· Candidates with B2B Sales experience are also encouraged to apply.

· Prior experience in reputed retail chains such as:

o D-Mart

o Reliance Retail

o JioMart

o Croma

o Multi-brand or Multi-product Retail Stores

· Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer handling skills.

· Target-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Compensation & Benefits

· Salary: ₹15,000 per month

· Performance Incentives: Attractive incentives based on sales performance.
