CHANGE Stores are looking for energetic and enthusiastic fresher candidates to join our retail sales team in a value format ready-made garment store. As a sales staff member, you will be the face of the brand, assisting customers in selecting garments while ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.
Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and help them select suitable garments.
Provide information about products, pricing, promotions, and store policies.
Sales & Upselling:
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Promote and upsell garments and accessories to increase revenue.
Process sales transactions accurately through the POS system.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain thorough knowledge of the latest fashion trends and product lines.
Stay updated with new arrivals, stock availability, and sizes.
Advise customers on fabric types, garment care, and fitting.
Merchandising & Display:
Organize and maintain attractive visual displays and mannequins.
Refill and rotate stock on shelves/racks based on size and color coordination.
Ensure garments are neatly folded, hung, and labeled.
Inventory Management:
Assist in receiving, tagging, and stocking new merchandise.
Conduct stock counts and report discrepancies to management.
Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor of low inventory.
Store Maintenance:
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store.
Ensure fitting rooms are tidy and items are returned to their proper place.
Follow safety and security procedures.
Customer Feedback & Relationship Building:
Collect feedback to improve service and customer satisfaction.
Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business.
