Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Greeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions and recommendations.
Sales Transactions: Processing payments, handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Product Knowledge: Providing detailed information about products, pricing, and promotions to customers.
Inventory Management: Assisting with stock replenishment, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a presentable sales counter.
Customer Service: Addressing customer complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Sales Targets: Achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
Maintaining the Counter: Keeping the sales counter clean, organized, and presentable.
Reporting: Reporting inventory levels and any issues to the appropriate manager.
Following Up: Following up on orders and customer requests to ensure a smooth sales process.
Upselling/Cross-selling: Identifying opportunities to offer additional products or services to customers.
