Job Description:

We are looking for a Shop Sales Person who can provide excellent customer service, handle day-to-day sales activities, and maintain a positive shopping experience for customers. The ideal candidate should be friendly, responsible, and have good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in finding products.

• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and display areas.

• Handle billing, cash, and card transactions accurately.

• Keep track of stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat business.

• Assist with inventory management and restocking.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass (Any graduate can apply).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.

• Honest, hardworking, and punctual.

• Ability to work in a team and handle customers politely.
