Sales Staff (In Shop)

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in clients in a professional and courteous manner

• Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable luxury furniture solutions

• Provide detailed product knowledge including materials, craftsmanship, and customization options

• Maintain showroom presentation, ensuring displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing

• Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and logistics teams for order processing and delivery

• Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up on leads and conversions

• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, architects, and interior designers

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Stay updated with latest interior design trends and luxury furniture collections

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Interior Design, or related field (preferred)

• 2–5 years of experience in luxury retail / furniture showroom sales

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good sense of design, colors, and space planning

• Ability to handle premium clients with professionalism

• Proficiency in MS Office and billing software

• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
