🎯 Job Purpose:

To drive sales of Godrej Home Lockers by engaging customers, demonstrating products, generating leads, and ensuring excellent in-store customer experience.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

Promote & sell home lockers to walk-in customers

Proactively approach customers and explain product features & security benefits

Demonstrate product usage, locking systems & key differentiators

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable locker models

Achieve daily / weekly / monthly sales targets

Generate leads and follow up for conversions

Maintain proper display, branding visibility & stock availability

Coordinate with store staff for smooth operations

Educate customers about offers, warranty & schemes

🧠 Skills Required:

Strong sales & persuasion skills

Product demonstration ability

Customer handling & relationship management

Target-driven approach

Basic reporting & lead management

🎓 Preferred Qualification:

Graduate / Undergraduate

2–3 years experience in Retail Sales / Promoter role

Age below 35 years

💰 Salary & Benefits:

CTC- Upto 25000
