Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, and providing an excellent in-store shopping experience while promoting jewellery products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and assist them in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and needs

• Explain product features, designs, pricing, and offers to customers

• Guide customers to the appropriate counters and ensure smooth coordination with the sales team

• Maintain excellent customer service and build long-term relationships

• Achieve individual and store sales targets

• Handle billing support and basic documentation if required

• Maintain cleanliness and proper display of jewellery items

• Stay updated on current jewellery trends and collections

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Presentable personality with a customer-first approach

• Basic knowledge of jewellery (gold, silver) preferred

• Sales and convincing skills

• Ability to handle walk-in customers efficiently
