Job Title: Sales Executive

(Male/Female)

Company: Dekora Elements Private Limited

Location: HAL Old Airport Road, Konena Agrahara, Bengaluru

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Week Off: Sunday

Job Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Explain product features, pricing, and benefits.

Convert enquiries into sales and achieve sales targets.

Follow up with customers and maintain good relationships.

Coordinate with the team for smooth order processing.

Participate in social media promotional videos and product demonstrations.

Keep the showroom clean, organized, and attractive.

Eligibility

Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or showroom sales.

Male and Female candidates can apply.

Good communication and customer handling skills.

Confident in sales and closing deals.

Language Requirement

Candidates should be able to communicate in:

Kannada

Tamil

English

Hindi

Salary

10% to 25% hike on the candidate's current salary, based on experience and interview performance.
