Core Responsibilities

• Category Strategy: Help develop and execute strategies for specific product categories.

• Sourcing & Buying: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers, negotiate prices, and manage product specifications

• Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior to find growth opportunities and optimize product offerings.

• Merchandising: Assist with assortment planning and display strategies.

• Supplier Management: Oversee supplier relationships, including cost reviews and contract negotiations.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and operations teams.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Prior roles in buying, merchandising, procurement, or sales.

• Analytical Skills: Data analysis, cost management, financial acumen.

• Negotiation: Strong ability to negotiate with vendors and manage contracts.
